Mario Seoane is a Peruvian architect and designer with over eleven years of experience in South America and nineteen years in Canada, where they have collaborated with various architectural and construction firms. Mario has completed more than forty large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential projects, becoming a pioneer in Building Information Modeling (BIM) since 2004. Currently, as a Senior Architectural Technologist-BIM Specialist at AECOM, they manage BIM for significant projects, including a $90 million Senior Care Facility in Calgary and a $200 million Biopharma Building Expansion in Toronto. Previously, Mario has held various roles, including Project Manager at Mario Seoane Design and Consulting and Senior Architectural Technologist at Modus Structures. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minor in Urbanism from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.
