Mark Harper

Mark Harper is a talented construction consultant with expertise in budget management, risk reduction, and value maximization. As a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, they lead teams in pre and post-contract duties across multiple sectors, employing strong principles of contract administration and project management. With extensive regional knowledge gained since 2004, Mark has delivered projects within budget while fostering a culture of next-generation training and development as a practicing RICS APC Assessor since 2015. They served as an Associate and Project Director at AECOM and began their career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University, graduating with First Class Honours.
