Mark Smith MCIPR is the Head of Government Relations for Europe & India at AECOM, bringing over 10 years of experience in public affairs and policy. Mark has a proven ability to help organizations and leaders navigate complex political scenarios and deliver impactful change through effective communication strategies. Previous roles include positions at HM Revenue & Customs, The Law Society of Scotland, Ofcom, and the Financial Conduct Authority. Mark is also a trustee for the Edinburgh Food Project, contributing to efforts against food poverty in Edinburgh. They hold various qualifications in public relations and history from The University of Glasgow, Cambridge Marketing College, and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
