Mark Southwell

Mark Southwell is the Chief Executive of AECOM's Global Transportation business, leading a talented team that delivers surface transportation, rail, aviation, and programme management services worldwide. With 30 years of experience in the transport sector, Mark has held various leadership roles including Project Director at Railtrack, Head of Stations at Atkins, and Vice President at Jacobs. Mark has an MSc in Project Management from Reading University and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea. They have also served as a Trustee for the Construction Youth Trust, supporting initiatives to encourage youth entry into the construction industry.
