Mark Swan

Mark Swan is currently a Senior Conveyance Lead and Project Manager at AECOM, based in Hamilton, where they support operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario. With extensive experience in municipal infrastructure, Mark previously held roles such as Vice President of Municipal - Civil at Lea Consulting and Director of Water/Wastewater at Parsons Corporation, leading significant projects including the Basement Flooding Protection Program. Mark’s background includes managing large multidisciplinary projects and developing client relationships, along with a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
