Matilda Adeoti

Matilda Adeoti is a dynamic and people-centered HR leader currently serving as HR Lead for Building Engineering at AECOM. With experience in various HR roles since 2005, Matilda has expertly navigated public, private, and financial sectors. Matilda previously held positions as HR Lead in both Programme, Project and Cost Management and Civil Infrastructure at AECOM, as well as Group HR Business Partner at PIB Group, where they contributed to strategic HR initiatives. Matilda has also provided HR consultancy across multiple organizations, including Santander Bank and the Legal Services Commission. Matilda earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Obafemi Awolowo University.
