Matt Lake

Matt Lake is a Senior Project Manager at AECOM, currently based in NEOM, with over 20 years of experience in project leadership and technical service delivery. They previously worked as an Engineering Director at AECOM and held positions as an Architect at Allies and Morrison and Richard Rogers Partnership, contributing to significant projects such as the Kings Cross Underground Station Redevelopment and Heathrow Terminal 5. Matt's project management expertise was further developed at Atkins, leading efforts on the Riyadh Metro Package 3 and serving as Head of Project Delivery in Saudi Arabia. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and a Diploma in Architecture from the same institution.
