Matt McMinn is a Director and Master Instructor at Bolton Area Divers Limited and has been a Chartered Principal Structural Engineer at AECOM since 1989. With a wealth of experience in the nuclear engineering industry, they are skilled in structural steelwork design. Matt is also a qualified PADI Master Instructor, Tec Trimix Instructor, and Handicapped Scuba Association Instructor, along with certifications as an A.S.S.E.T Cylinder Testing Technician and Regulator Servicing Technician. Currently, Matt is pursuing a BEng Hons in Civil Engineering at The University of Bolton.
