Matthew Perna

Matthew Perna, PE, PMP, CL/CF APMP, is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in program management and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Program Controls Director at AECOM, Matthew is involved in global program management, leading efforts to implement best practices across teams in the US West and Canada. Previously, Matthew held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, Citi, HSBC, and Primer Construction Corp, with a strong focus on budget management, financial modeling, and project controls in various sectors. Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds degrees from Cornell University and Lehigh University. An IronMan 70.3 triathlete, Matthew participates in events such as Oceanside and Cervia.
