Matthew Philbin

Matthew Philbin, E.I.T. is a civil engineer with a strong background in transportation design and project management. Currently working at AECOM as a Civil Engineer, previously held the position of Transportation Design Intern. Matthew has gained valuable experience through internships, including a role as a Construction Inspection Intern with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and as a Land Development Designer at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. Leadership skills are demonstrated through the presidency of the American Society of Civil Engineers Student Chapter at Temple University, and prior experience includes youth soccer refereeing and customer service as a cashier. Matthew holds dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from Temple University and has foundational training with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Engineering from the University of Scranton.
