Max Wade

Max Wade is a Technical Director at AECOM, where they contribute to the growth of the national ecology business and enhance relationships with academic institutions and professional bodies, serving as president of CIEEM. With a Ph.D. from the University of Wales focused on the ecological effects of dredging, Max has extensive experience in ecological impact assessments and invasive species management, gained through roles at the RPS Group and as a consultant. Previously, Max held significant academic positions, including Professor of Ecology at the University of Hertfordshire and Director of the International Centre of Landscape Ecology at Loughborough University.
