Michael Carter

Michael Carter is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, account management, and grants administration. Currently serving as a Project Manager at AECOM since January 2024, Michael has previously held key positions including Accounts and Funding Manager at Urban Business Lending Group and Grants and Contracts Manager at Kennesaw State University. Additional experience includes roles as a Residential Supervisor and Program Manager at Youth Villages, as well as Program Administrator and Juvenile Programs Manager at DeKalb County Juvenile Court. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University, obtained between 2002 and 2007, and pursued further education at The University of Memphis from 2009 to 2010.
