Michael Dillard

Michael Dillard is a Senior ICT Consultant and ICT Operations Manager for TSG at AECOM, where they oversee staff workloads, project assignments, and the professional development of team members since 2021. Previously, they held positions at CallisonRTKL as a Senior Associate and at TDS as a Senior Designer, where they focused on communication technologies in architecture, including BIM standards and technology design tools. Michael began their career as a Documentation Specialist at Apex Group and later at IDEX Global Services, where they managed documentation and IT support.
