Michael Edgar

Michael Edgar is an experienced environmental professional with a diverse background in regulatory services, project management, and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Florida Environmental Compliance Manager at AECOM since May 2018, Michael has previously held key roles such as State Program Director at US Submergent Technologies, Director of Division of Regulatory Services at Northwest Florida Water Management District, and Project Director at both P3Development Company and Florida High Speed Rail LLC. Michael’s extensive career began at CDM, where a focus on strategic business development and project management in the environmental engineering sector was emphasized. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and has completed MBA studies at St. Edwards University.
