Michael Girman

Michael Girman is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Michael held various leadership roles at AECOM, serving as Senior Vice President and Vice President, with responsibilities as the Northeast Regional Business Line Leader and Mid-Atlantic Regional Business Line Leader for Transportation between 2018 and 2025. Prior to AECOM, Michael was a Consultant Project Manager at PennDOT from 2006 to 2015 and held the position of Project Manager/Senior Project Manager at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation from 1987 to 2004. Michael holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Widener University, along with pre-engineering studies from the University of Scranton.
