Michael Proctor

Michael Proctor has over 40 years of experience in civil engineering, primarily in water resource management. Since March 2009, Michael has held various leadership positions at AECOM, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations for the Southeast Region Water. Previously, Michael worked as Associate Vice President and Director of Operations for DC Metro Water and as Water Resources Group Leader. Michael's earlier career includes serving as Department Head of Engineering at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Senior Engineer at Baystate Environmental Consultants, Project Engineer at Dewante and Stowell, and Engineer at Greenhorne and O'Mara. Michael holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completed between 1977 and 1982.
