Michelle Kwan

Michelle Kwan is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Planner at AECOM since September 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an Environmental Affairs Coordinator at Steeper Energy from May 2020 to August 2024 and as an Approvals Coordinator at Matrix Solutions, Inc. from July 2014 to January 2020, where duties included providing environmental and regulatory consulting to clients in the oil and gas sector. Earlier experience includes a position as an Environmental Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment in 2011, supporting Environmental Officers in site inspections and data management. Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Queen's University (2006-2010) and an Advanced Diploma in Environmental Protection Technology from Centennial College (2010-2012).
