Miguel Ricalde

Miguel Ricalde is an Associate Director at Global Advisory UK&I with a strong background in change and lean consulting, focusing on collaboration, process transformation, and continuous improvement. With experience as a Lean Construction Coordinator at AECOM, Miguel pioneered the implementation of Lean Takt Planning in Mexico for a major BMW assembly plant project. Previously, as a Construction Manager at Palace Resorts, they successfully supervised multiple large-scale refurbishment projects. Miguel also has a rich academic background, holding a Master's in Construction Engineering and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education, Management, and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
