Mike Baker

Mike Baker has extensive experience in environmental management and construction, currently serving as the Environmental Construction Manager for the Francis Scott Key Bridge Rebuild Project at AECOM since September 1997. Baker has led significant projects such as the Susquehanna River Bridge Project, the MDTA US301 Nice-Middleton Bridge Replacement Project, and the South Capitol Street Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge Design-Build Project, overseeing permits acquisition, design review, and environmental compliance. With previous leadership roles on major infrastructure projects like the Arlington Memorial Bridge Rehabilitation and the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Baker's work spans over two decades in ensuring environmental standards are met in large-scale construction endeavors. Educational background includes degrees in Biology and Environmental Science from Salisbury University and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
