Mike Laws is currently the Regional Program Controls Director for UK, Europe, and India at AECOM. They held various roles within the UK Ministry of Defence from 2003 to 2015, including Programme Finance and Controls Lead for UK Basing Optimisation. They also served as Programme Management Advisor for the Lower Thames Crossing from 2017 to 2018 and contributed to Crossrail Ltd as Head of Reporting and Head of Programme Efficiency from 2015 to 2017. Mike obtained a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA focusing on Change Management and Risk Management from the University of Bath.
