Mindy Steckmest is currently the Design Operations Director at Kiewit, where they also serve as the Sr. Design Engineering Manager. Prior to their tenure at Kiewit, Mindy was a Project Manager at URS Corporation, focusing on Design-Build transportation projects from 1997 to 2015. Mindy has been with Kiewit since 2017 and has developed an extensive background in design and engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University between 1988 and 1993.
