Monica T. is a Senior Marketing Communications Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing global communications and marketing. They have held key positions at various companies, including as the Head of Communications at AECOM since 2025, and previously at Ericsson from 2011 to 2018. Their expertise encompasses internal and external communications, employee engagement, and branding across B2B and B2C environments. Monica is also a yoga and Pilates teacher, a podcast host, and a trainer, reflecting their diverse interests and leadership skills. Currently, they are pursuing the Socrates - Erasmus programme at Université catholique de Louvain.
