Moustafa Saad-Eldin

Moustafa Saad-Eldin, PE, is a Senior Program Manager at AECOM, where they apply their extensive experience in resource and project management focused on civil engineering principles. They previously held significant roles, including Construction Group Director at NYSDOT, where they managed substantial state assets and led emergency response efforts.
