Neil Bevan

Neil Bevan is a Principal Engineer at AECOM, with 16 years of experience in planning and delivering ports, coastal, and rail infrastructure across multiple regions, including the UK, Middle East, Philippines, and Australia. They have managed and delivered various maritime civil engineering projects, as well as passenger rail maintenance facilities and rail intermodal terminals. Neil has a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, from feasibility to execution, while effectively managing client expectations. They hold a BEng in Civil Engineering from Swansea University and a PgD in Civil Engineering Practice from the University of Portsmouth.
