Neil Johnson

Neil Johnson is an accomplished Project Management professional with extensive experience in infrastructure project management. As of July 2023, Neil served as a Project Director at AECOM, leading infrastructure projects in Scotland and the North of England while managing the Environment Agency National Hub PM Services Account. From January 2002 to January 2016, Neil worked at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing design and construction management for global infrastructure projects. Neil also held the position of Project Manager at Carillion from January 2016 to April 2018, managing capital works at a city center hospital under a PFI contract. Currently, Neil is employed as an Environment Agency Project Executive, delivering Flood Risk Management Schemes. Neil holds an MSc in Project Management with Distinction from Anglia Ruskin University and has degrees in Engineering Management and Construction Management from Staffordshire University and the University of Greenwich, respectively.
