Neil Soper is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and commercial systems. Currently serving as the Commercial Systems Manager for AECOM's International regions since November 2007, Neil is responsible for developing internal project delivery applications and has played a pivotal role as the ePM Functional Lead in implementing the Ecosystem Project Management (ePM) tool to enhance connectivity across project lifecycles. Additionally, Neil held the position of District Sub-Sector Leader for Traffic & Local Roads in the North West of England, overseeing work acquisition, staff development, and commercial management while also acting as Project Director and Manager on various traffic engineering projects. Prior to AECOM, Neil worked as an Engineer at Jacobs from August 2004 to November 2007. Neil holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester and completed GCSEs and A-Levels at King Edward VII School.
