Nicole Bates is an experienced Environmental & Sustainability Specialist who has held various roles in environmental management and consulting. From 2025 to 2021, they served as Associate Director - Environment at AECOM, following earlier positions as an Environmental Manager at NCC Environmental Services and an Environmental Advisor at Hatch.
