Odette Simmons

Odette Simmons, MBA, currently serves as a Project Manager at AECOM since February 2024. Prior to this role, Odette was the District Manager at the American Red Cross from April 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading the Diversity and Inclusion Minority Recruitment Board for the Greater Atlanta Market and implementing strategies to enhance minority recruitment. Odette demonstrated strong analytical skills in formulating sales objectives based on data analysis, while also focusing on nurturing business relationships and improving team performance through effective hiring and training. Recognized nationally for outstanding collections within the Minority Recruitment segment, Odette significantly contributed to increasing diversity representation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
