Ousmane Watt

Ousmane Watt is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction supervision. They have worked as a project leader at EGCD, focusing on health facility construction, and as a civil engineering expert at AECOM since 2020, where they are involved in high-voltage substation and transmission line projects. Previously, Ousmane served as a work supervisor at A.S.O, overseeing sanitation infrastructure in Fatick, and held positions at CSE and STUDI International, where they contributed to various civil engineering projects, including highway construction and water supply systems. Ousmane earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Université de Thiès in 2015, following a Bachelor's degree and a technical diploma from the same institution.
