Patrick Garneau

Patrick Garneau has extensive experience in the engineering and operations sectors, currently serving as AVP and Director of Operations for Freight and Transit Rail at AECOM from January 2011 to May 2024. Prior roles at AECOM include Project Manager and Project Director, as well as Manager of Rail. Before joining AECOM, Garneau worked at Kiewit from April 2007 to December 2010 in various capacities, including Field Engineer, Cost Engineer, and Estimator. Earlier experience includes a position as Surveillant de chantier for Ville de Montréal from April 2005 to August 2006. Garneau holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics from McGill University and a Master's degree in Engineering Project Management from École de technologie supérieure.
