Patrick Obrien

Patrick OBrien, P.E., CCM, PMP, PhD, is an accomplished engineer and project management professional with a diverse background in water and wastewater management, as well as construction and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of the Water & Wastewater Group at AECOM since January 2022, OBrien has held several leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Duquesne Light Company and Director at DC Water & Sewer Authority. OBrien also served as Director at Project Management Consultants, providing strategic planning and analytical services, and Director at URS Corporation, focusing on construction management. OBrien holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, a Master of Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and a PhD in Engineering Management from Walden University.
