Paul Menzel

Paul Menzel, PE, is a Project Executive with over 20 years of experience in construction management, specializing in waterfront and upland development, as well as rail, marine, civil, and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Project Executive at AECOM since 2018, they previously held positions at AECOM from 1997 to 2018 as a Professional Engineer and Project Manager, and at NYSDOT from 1992 to 1997 as an Engineer. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers School of Engineering and a Master of Science degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
