Paul Norton is the Head of Coastal at AECOM, where they lead a specialist team providing support for port development, coastal, and marine projects, focusing on all stages of the project life-cycle. They previously held the position of Head of Coastal at URS Corporation from 2010 to 2014, guiding a team in coastal engineering and environmental studies. Before that, Paul served as Head of Modelling at ABP Marine Environmental Research Ltd from 1993 to 2010, leading efforts in coastal and river modelling. Paul earned a Master's degree in Maritime Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London.
