Paul Williams

Paul Williams is the Associate Director at AECOM, actively managing the design of multidisciplinary highway schemes in the UK and internationally since 2014. With expertise in project management, highway maintenance, and client liaison, Paul has effectively overseen various significant projects, including the A55 Third Menai Crossing. They previously served as Service Delivery Manager for the Highways Agency and held multiple engineering roles at Scott Wilson, demonstrating a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure design. Paul holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and has contributed to mentoring junior staff throughout their career.
