Pedro Capestany

Pedro Capestany, PE, serves as the Vice President and Director of Operations for the East Region of AECOM, overseeing a team of three hundred professionals in the Program and Project Management business line. In addition to this role, Pedro is the President of the Board of Directors for ACEC Metropolitan Washington DC and previously held the position of President at ATCS Capital Infrastructure, where responsibilities included establishing a start-up affiliate focusing on engineering and program management services. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Construction Management at ATCS, member of the Board of Directors for the Construction Management Association of America, Area Manager for Transportation at Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Associate/Branch Manager at McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. Pedro holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
