Phil Breeden

Phil Breeden is a Senior Director of Cost Management at AECOM, a position they currently hold. Previously, Phil served as a Director at Mace Cost Consultancy from 2018 to 2023 and led the commercial office sector at RPS Project Management, Cost & Building Consultancy from 2016 to 2017. With earlier roles as Senior QS at Mott Green Wall and Rosser and Russell, as well as Managing Partner at Rider Levett Bucknall (UK), Phil has a diverse background in cost management and consultancy.
