Phil Tandy

Phil Tandy is an Operations Director at AECOM, a position held since 2015, where they previously served as Technical Director. Prior to their current role, Phil worked at Jacobs Engineering from 2009 to 2013 as Divisional Director, overseeing significant projects including those at Gatwick Airport. Their career began as a Site Engineer at Sir Robert McAlpine from 1994 to 1997, and they have held various engineering and managerial positions across multiple prominent firms. Phil holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Jacobs Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Aston University.
