With over 20 years in Building Surveying Professional Services across various sectors, Philip has developed a strong expertise in areas such as AutoCAD, building inspection, and historic buildings conservation. A chartered member of the RICS and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, Philip specializes in party wall matters and has held key roles at leading firms, including Strutt & Parker LLP and Denton Clark Chartered Surveyors. Philip holds a degree in Building Surveying (Hons) from Liverpool John Moores University.
