Philip Mockler

Philip Mockler is a seasoned Project Director with over 26 years of experience in major building and civil works. Having successfully completed flagship Giga Projects such as the $6.1 billion New Orbital Highway in Doha, Qatar, and the $8 billion Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 project, Philip possesses deep expertise in managing complex mega infrastructure projects. They have held various roles, most recently as a Senior Construction Manager at AECOM, where they focused on the NEOM Mountain Project, overseeing construction supervision and contract administration. Philip is well-versed in civil engineering contracts and has proven success in problem resolution and stakeholder management throughout their career. They hold a BEng in Civil Engineering from Coventry University.
