Qing Liu

Qing (Quincy) Liu is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Liu has held positions as an Asset Management Consultant at AECOM, a Building Science Consultant at Altus Group in Vancouver, and a Junior Engineer at Strata Engineering Inc.
