Rachel Harding is a Technical Director at AECOM’s Rail (Project Delivery) team in Melbourne, currently leading the AMT Design team for the M80 Ring Road Completion Project. With over 21 years of experience, Rachel has delivered significant infrastructure projects in Victoria, including the Geelong Fast Rail and the Metro Tunnel Project. Rachel has previously held various engineering roles at URS Corporation and ExxonMobil, further establishing expertise in public infrastructure, rail, and environmental engineering. A strong advocate for women in STEMM, Rachel is dedicated to mentoring others and fostering high-performing teams through authentic leadership and collaboration.
