Rayna Carmichael

Rayna Carmichael is a seasoned specialist in GIS project management with nearly two decades of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. They have significantly contributed to diverse development projects including mining, remediation, and energy systems, while also excelling in water resource management. Previously, Rayna served as Digital Lead for Environment Canada and held roles as Geographic Information Systems Manager and Senior GIS Specialist at AECOM. They studied at Ryerson University from 2009 to 2012 and worked as a Data Resource Technician at the University of Guelph. Currently, Rayna continues to focus on People-Focused Change Management, integrating technology with human resources to enhance decision-making and project success.
