Rhonda Pierce

Rhonda Pierce is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Rhonda served as Vice President of Information Technology at AECOM from March 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included portfolio management, project management, organizational change, and IT governance. Prior to AECOM, Rhonda was a Director at TechnipFMC, focusing on establishing an Office of the CIO and overseeing performance management and financial measurement. Rhonda has also held roles as Managing Partner at CCR3 Performance Management and Principal Consultant at Apex Systems, managing strategic initiatives for IT organizations. Rhonda's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
