Richard Bland is a chartered civil engineer and operations director with over 23 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Currently, they serve as the Operations Director for the Energy business unit at AECOM, where they focus on financial performance and growth opportunities. Previously, Richard held positions as Associate Director Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Lead Project Engineer across various prominent companies, leading significant projects in energy and infrastructure. They earned a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
