Richard E McClellan

Richard E McClellan is a seasoned Geospatial Program Manager with extensive experience in project management and land surveying. They held positions as a Special Projects Manager at the Mid-Atlantic Center for Emergency Management, Project Management Professional at Fugro Geospatial, and Senior Project Manager at Victor 12, Inc. They also contribute to academia as an adjunct professor, teaching courses related to Geographic Information Systems and Homeland Security. In their current role as Director of Government Services at GIS Surveyors, they focus on qualifying government opportunities and driving service line growth. Richard holds a BS in Business Management, an AAS in Forestry & Surveying, and an MS in Parks & Natural Resource Management.
