Richard Mares

Richard Mares is a CSA QA Manager at WG Yates & Sons, currently overseeing operations at a $4.4 billion EV battery plant in Jeffersonville, Ohio. They have held multiple leadership roles, including Project Director at Watts-Webcor-Obayashi JV and Senior Project Manager at Clark/Hunt JV. Previously, Richard was the Owner and Chief Estimator of Sierra Blanca Construction and served in various capacities at Perini/Tutor-Saliba, including Superintendent and QC Manager. Richard also brings extensive experience from previous positions at AECOM, McCarthy Building Companies, and Gust Newberg/Perini. They continue to advance their education in Construction Management and Real Estate Development at UCLA, alongside their studies in Avionics Technology with the US Air Force.
