Rick Land

National Bridge Quality Practice Leader, Complex Bridges

Rick Land is an experienced executive leader in transportation engineering and management, currently serving as the National Bridge Quality Practice Leader for Complex Bridges at AECOM since 2015. In this role, they are responsible for the coordination and quality of AECOM’s national bridge practice and lead business development for complex bridge projects across North America. Previously, Rick held positions at Caltrans from 2005 to 2011, including Chief Engineer, where they managed the project delivery program, and State Bridge Engineer, overseeing structure design functions and related policies. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento in 1978.
