Rob Weighill CBE

Rob Weighill CBE is an executive leader and P3M specialist with extensive experience in delivering complex programmes across public and private sectors. They served as the Director of the New Trains Programme Management Office at Greater Anglia, overseeing the UK's largest fleet replacement programme, and have held significant roles at companies such as AECOM and Transport for London. With a military background, they have led multinational operations and strategic planning with NATO and the UK Ministry of Defence. Currently, Rob is the Client Director for the Atkins Devonport Submarine Major Infrastructure Programme, focusing on nuclear safety services within the UK Defence submarine enterprise.
