Roland Pyzer is currently the Regional Director at AECOM, a position held since 2014. Previously, they worked with URS Corporation, where they were an Associate Director from 2007 to 2014, and held various engineering roles at companies including Scott Wilson and Posford Duvivier. Roland began their career as a Graduate Engineer at T F Burns and Partners in the early 1990s. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Portsmouth.
