Ruth Carter

Ruth Carter is a Senior Hydrogeologist at AECOM, where they work to engineer solutions for water environmental issues. With a Bachelor’s degree in Earth Science and a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, both from the University of Glasgow, Ruth focused their postgraduate dissertation on groundwater E.coli contamination in Malawi. Their extensive expedition experiences in Kenya and Trinidad fostered a passion for environmental sciences and honed skills in fieldwork, communication, teamwork, and leadership. Prior to their role as a Senior Hydrogeologist, Ruth served as a Consultant and Graduate Hydrogeologist at AECOM.
